Lots of artwork coming home. Joy made this especially for Becca. Sammi brought home this piece to show us. It has to go back to school. Joy and Bella provided us with lots of decorations for the dining room!
My parents, Nathan, and Mandy came in LATE on Friday night. We got to see them on Saturday. They brought these necklaces from Katie - thanks Katie!!
They went to the Louisville Slugger Museum. Nathan ordered a customized bat with his name on it.
Hanging out at home
There was lots of showing off
I had both Joy and Bella's IEP meetings on Monday. I had asked for copies of all assessments as well as drafts of the IEP goals. I walked in to the meeting with old report cards, examples of work, and my desires to have most of the goals beefed up. I was so pleased with the meeting. They made all of the changes I requested. And I was able to stress how important it is to push my little Bella. She loves to rise to people's expectations, so if they are low, that's where she will stay. I was grateful to be in a room where so many where committed to helping my babies.
Jason’s parents arrived that day on Monday.
After Family Home Evening on developing an Attitude of Gratitude.
My parents Since the kids still had school for two more days, they looked around. On Tuesday I took them to see some of my favorite sights.
We celebrated Sammi’s birthday!
Becca came home!! Now we were all home! Getting reacquainted with her brother
Nathan and Becca playing a keep away game with Alex.
