It’s such an interesting article. We have been discussing it as a family. It explains so much to me. Why pornography is so addictive. Why I love my computer time. Why my ADD seems worse now that I have an iphone :).
And it’s made us talk about what else are we going to do if we aren’t caving into our patterns of least resistance. Are we spending enough time doing Godly things?

BTW – The way she mentioned to study has been awesome for me!! I got new scriptures for Christmas and so I’ve started using this method. So great!
