We left at 5 PM. We arrived in Iowa at 2:30 PM the next day. Overall it was a good trip. We didn't run into any snow or ice until we hit Des Moines. Those last 160 miles took a while to traverse. I was so grateful to arrive. My prayer had been for all nine of us to arrive alive.
