For a field trip, we went to Sea Center Texas. It's down in Lake Jackson - quite a drive! We learned about the efforts they make to stock the Gulf with Red Drum and Spotted Sea Trout. Enjoy the pictures!
This is our digital scrapbook for the year. Hey - it's faster than using scissors and pretty papers - and it actually gets done.

Houston Symphony
Today we went to the Houston Symphony. We had a wonderful time!
It was called Beethoven's Missing Notes. It was an interactive orchestra experience for children. We had a lot of fun and learned about Beethoven.
Joy was so good! She listened so intently and never made a peep.
The girls loved downtown too! They thought it was so fun to run and see the bus stops (!) and water features. Afterwards, we went to McDonald's for lunch.
A very fun day!

Jump Ball!
The girls have invented a new game. They used to call it Poison Ball, but decided the name might frighten people, so they changed the name to Jump Ball.
The game starts by everyone chanting, "Jump Ball, Jump Ball, Let's go!" (They sound like a bunch of cheerleaders!) Then the balls are released (qty changes - 1 ball is the easiest, 4 balls is very difficult). The girls then jump on the trampoline. If the ball touches you, you are out! They are playing this game every second they can squeeze it in. (Good exercise!)
